MN Diagnostic Assessment is intended for clients that do not have insurance or do not want to inform their insurance company of their mental health diagnosis. All payments are out of pocket costs.

Pay for the assessment and get the link to set up an appointment.
Interview
Schedule an online or phone interview (typically 45-55 minutes).
Completed
Your assessment will be completed and emailed to who you've indicated within 5 business days. (Rush orders available)
